N1 MONITOR + NUROMOVA APP
N1 monitor and charging base in Desert White

A STARTING POINT FOR YOUR DAY

Your energy.
At a glance.

Start with your current energy, then look at fatigue and stress. The readings give you something concrete to explore with how you feel and what you have recorded.

Make room for
what matters to you.

Energy is an index of your current physical and mental energy reserves, on a 0–100 scale. It can help you start a conversation about your day or training; it does not predict your performance.

YOUR NEURO-PERFORMANCE AGENT

The reading is
just the beginning.

Your AI Coach puts a finding alongside your recorded context and experience. Discuss what happened, correct the interpretation, and explore one specific adjustment.

IN YOUR TRAINING

See the session
from another angle.

During an activity, focus, exercise fatigue and psychological stress offer distinct perspectives. Keep the readings alongside your effort, performance assessment and notes.

01

No session history needed to begin.

Complete the guided setup and obtain qualified N1 data to see initial readings. A learned personal performance baseline is a separate feature.

PERSONAL & BASELINE

More context.
A clearer picture of you.

Every qualified recording, activity note and self-assessment adds to what you can review. Build a richer history, notice available trends and bring more context to a focused conversation.

WHAT ADDS CONTEXT
Qualified recordingsActivity and conditionsYour experienceEffort and performance

A richer record gives you more to examine. It does not mean that every measurement becomes more accurate.

Two references.
Different purposes.

A resting baseline supports calibration.
A personal performance zone will support sport-specific comparison.

Current approachRESTING BASELINE

A reference
for your measurement.

A qualified resting EEG recording can provide that day’s calibration reference. Repeated resting recordings contribute to a resting EEG baseline dataset.

Calibration does not establish your usual sports performance zone.

PlannedPERSONAL BASELINE

A reference
for your performance.

Planned personal zones will combine comparable sports sessions, state data and your performance feedback to identify relevant reference ranges.

THE SIGNAL BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE

From signals
to understanding.

N1 records EEG at the forehead. Qualified signals and movement context support model-based state readings, which you can explore alongside your own experience.

  1. 01Forehead EEG

Two-channel electrical recordings, with IMU movement context.

  2. 02Qualified input

Usable data is identified. Missing segments remain unavailable.

  3. 03Model-based readings

Distinct states and eligible estimates, with their source identified.

  4. 04Context & review

Your activity, notes and feedback help frame the discussion.

BRAIN SCORE

Your brain activity.
Another layer of detail.

Explore the composition of a recording through rhythm features. Brain Score is a view of brain activity, not a combined health score.

Rhythm illustration only. The bands are not ranked as good or bad; no numerical spectrum or percentage is claimed in this example.

BRAIN AGE

A model estimate.
Clearly identified.

View an EEG-based age estimate from eligible recorded data. It is a model output, not a diagnosis or a measurement of biological age.

Changes in estimates do not establish that the brain has become younger. No age-gap or confidence rating is claimed here.

Frontal regions participate in complex thinking, learning and problem-solving. Recording EEG at the forehead does not image the whole brain. Learn more about brain functions ↗

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you
begin.

What can I see after my first measurement?

After guided setup and a qualified N1 measurement, the app can show initial energy, focus, exercise-fatigue, psychological-stress and emotional-state readings. You do not need a history of sports sessions to begin.

What happens if there isn’t enough reliable data?

The app should show that a reading is unavailable instead of filling the gap with a made-up number. Check the connection, fit and data-quality guidance before trying again.

Is an estimate the same as a measurement?

No. A measurement uses qualified N1 data. An eligible estimate uses prior qualified measurements and confirmed context when current N1 data is not available. Without sufficient evidence, there is no reliable value.

When do I get a Personal Baseline?

Resting calibration and eligible input accumulation are part of the current approach. Formal sport-specific personal-zone calculations and comparisons are planned. They are separate from first readings and are not promised after a fixed number of sessions.

What does Brain Score mean?

Brain Score describes the composition of a recording and its rhythm features. It does not combine the states into one health score, and a rhythm alone does not establish how well you are performing.

Is Brain Age my actual biological age?

No. It is a model estimate based on eligible EEG data. The example does not establish biological age, a diagnosis or a rejuvenation effect. Interpretation depends on the model and recording conditions. The brain can continue learning and adapting with age; this does not mean a change in an estimate proves rejuvenation.
